This was especially difficult as the provided image was both low resolution and had a weird texture filter over it to make it rough and blurry like a rendered wall.
This was a bit of challenge with the darkness of the image, and the blurriness.

Just a touch of colour, as an optional layer in the file. This was quite a challenge to get enough detail while still keeping the dog looking white.
I found the lighting and low quality image of this one quite a challenge so I think I may have created some of my own details…
